2024 TA Application form
Applicants should download the 2024 application form. It is a fillable pdf form. Use one form for each application. Note that multi-phase projects - such as PE and CN - will need to complete a separate application for each phase.
Project Evaluation Process
Projects underwent review and evaluation by the Technical Advisory Committee on March 21st. TAC members applied their subject matter expertise and local knowledge to ensure that every project is feasible as presented, that the schedule proposed is reasonable given the current status of the project, that is has value and meets a recognized need, and that it is a worthwhile project to fund. Transportation Alternatives is the only revenue PRTPO is authorized to award to projects. The TAC recommended the Executive Board fully fund all four projects. The PRTPO Executive Board will consider the projects and make its funding decision on April 19th.
